If you purchased a Letterjoy package through the Odyssey ESA/EFA Marketplace, you might be wondering when your subscription will begin.
The good news is that all Odyssey orders follow a clear schedule so you’ll know what to expect.
Start Date for Odyssey Orders
When you purchase a Letterjoy letter series via Odyssey, your first letter will be mailed in the first week of the calendar month following your purchase.
For example:

If you purchase in March, your membership will start in April.

If you purchase in July, your membership will start in August.
Processing Time
If your purchase is made near the end of the month, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to process. This is because Odyssey orders are processed manually by our team.
Mailing Schedule

The first letter for a new Letterjoy package is typically mailed mid-week in the first week of that member's start month month.
