You can update your address directly from the member portal (Members.letterjoy.co). Simply log in by entering the recipient name and billing email you entered at checkout, and click “Edit” next to the address on file. Since envelopes are printed a few days in advance of a mailing, address changes take about a week to take effect.
I Want to Change My Start Month
No problem! Visit this form and create a new support request with the headline “Start date change”. In the body, share your order number, your recipient’s name, and the new start date you’d like to request. Please note: Because of our account activation process, we are unable to fit new orders into upcoming mailings at the last minute.

I Want to Pause or Resume My Subscription
Visit this form and create a new support request with the headline “Pause”. In the body of the request, share your member name and email, and the account action you’d like to take.
Can you schedule my first letter to arrive on an exact date?
No. Unfortunately mailing is inexact science. First-Class mail can take up to five business days to arrive, or as little as two (depending on where you live, and other random postal factors). International First-Class mail can take from 7-21 days, depending where in the world you live, and the quality of your local postal service.
Because of this unpredictability, and because we only regularly transport our letters to USPS once per week, we are unable to schedule a letter’s arrival.
I Want to Extend my Subscription
You can renew your membership directly from the member portal (Members.letterjoy.co). Simply log in by entering the recipient name and billing email you entered at checkout, and click “Renew”. From there, you’ll be redirected to a prefilled renewal form, and your account will renew in just a few steps.

You can get general status updates on your order from Members.letterjoy.co. If your order seems to be delayed and you need more specific information, please contact us here. USPS does not offer real-time tracking of stamped First-Class Mail, so once your letter is in the mail we have no way to track its exact location.

Absolutely! Fill out our suggestion form, the first place our curators look when deciding which letters to share in a month. For the moment we are unable to honor any special requests for specific letters to individual subscribers.
I Want to Close My Account
