Moving? Snowbird? Going on a long-term vacation? We've got you covered. Changing your Letterjoy mailing address is a breeze.
To change your address yourself:
- Visit Members.letterjoy.co and enter the email address you used to place your order to receive a magic login link.
- Check your inbox (and your spam folder) and click the link to log into your account.
- Click the "edit" link next to your mailing address.
- Make the necessary changes and click "Update Address".
- You're all set!
Please Note: Since we print envelopes in advance and mail takes several days, it can take up to two weeks for your address change to be reflected on your envelope.
Don't have access to the email you used at checkout? No worries!
To request an address change from our support team, send an email to support[at]letterjoy[dot]co (not .com!) with the subject line "Address change" and the following information:
- The name of your recipient (as reflected on their current Letterjoy envelope or your receipt)
- The mailing address of your recipient as reflected on their current Letterjoy envelope or your receipt.
- The new mailing address you'd like us to substitute in.
- Your order number (Optional but helfpul)
Once received, we'll process your request and email you to confirm you're all set. Manual address changes via this method are typically processed in 2-3 business days.
