How Do I Change My Mailing Address?

Moving? Snowbird? Going on a long-term vacation? We've got you covered. Changing your Letterjoy mailing address is a breeze.

To change your address yourself:

1. Visit letterjoy.co/pages/update-address
2. Fill out our quick address-change form with a few details to help us locate your order, plus your new address.
   1. We recommend filling in your order number, to speed up processing, but it is not required.
3. Click submit.
4. You're all set!

You should receive an email confirming your address change within 10 minutes of submitting the address change form. If you don't, please check your spam folder!

Please Note:  Since we print envelopes in advance and mail takes several days, it can take up to two weeks for your address change to be reflected on your envelope.

To request an address change from our support team, send an email to support[at]letterjoy[dot]co (not .com!) with the subject line "Address change" and the following information:

• The name of your recipient (as reflected on their current Letterjoy envelope or your receipt)
• The mailing address of your recipient as reflected on their current Letterjoy envelope or your receipt.
• The new mailing address you'd like us to substitute in.
• Your order number (Optional but helfpul)

Once received, we'll process your request and email you to confirm you're all set. Manual address changes via this method are typically processed in 2-3 business days.
