Mistyped when signing up? Changed your name? Decided to give your Letterjoy order to a different recipient? Here's how to change the name on your Letterjoy envelope.
- Visit Letterjoy.co/support
- Scroll down to the support form at the bottom of the page.
- Select "Change my recipient's name" from the "How can we help you today?" dropdown?
- Fill out the required fields
- Click "Reach Out To Support" to submit your request.
Once received, most name change requests are processed in 2-3 business days. Since we print envelopes in advance and mail takes several days to arrive, it may take up to two weeks for your name change to reflect on your envelopes.
