You can update your address directly from our portal. Simply log in by entering the recipient name and billing email you entered at checkout, and click “Edit” next to the address on file.

Please Note: Since envelopes are printed a few days in advance of a mailing, address changes take about a week to take effect.

No problem! You can do so by answering a few short questions in the form at the end of the page.

Please Note: Because of our account activation process, we are unable to fit new orders into upcoming mailings at the last minute.

-+Can You Schedule My First Letter To Arrive On An Exact Date?

Unfortunately, we can't. Mailing is an inexact science. First-Class mail can take up to five business days to arrive, or as little as two (depending on where you live, and other random postal factors). International First-Class mail can take from 7-21 days, depending where in the world you live, and the quality of your local postal service.

Because of this unpredictability, and because we only regularly transport our letters to USPS once per week, we are unable to schedule a letter’s arrival.
